Many YouTubers make online videos look very easy. Anyone who has tried to make one knows they are not easy. I ran across some great tips to create a solid online video that drives inbound traffic.
1. Answer your customer’s biggest question - You know the questions all your customers ask. Move beyond the FAQ page and answer them in video.
2. Give the product experience - I like to try before I buy, as do most folks. Show how your product works. Show the packaging. Show the support people customers can reach out to.
3. Interview your best customer - Anonymous online reviews are trusted second only to word of mouth. Putting a face, name and voice behind a review only increases its validity.

I’m assuming you are using the term “for schmucks” as an equivalent for the “for Dummies” or “for Idiots” series, but just want to make sure you know it’s not the same. Although the term has become part of common culture, the actual meaning refers to a male body part and is basically used to call someone a “jerk.” I don’t think you or Rohit would want to insult your readers like that! (I realize that dummies and idiots are not complimentary to the readers either, but it’s for people who self-identify as such in that topic. Nobody would want to call themselves a schmuck! A better Yiddish word would be “schlemiel” (kind of a clumsy, social misfit).

Hi Nedra - Thanks for pointing that out. I certainly didn’t mean to offend anyone. You’re right. I was going the “for Dummies/Idiots” route.
Don’t worry, the word has been stricken from the WOMMA Word lexicon. (And I’m feeling a bit like a schlemiel.)
