Call for FDA Comments
On November 12 and 13, the FDA held formal hearings into the application of social media platforms to drug and medical device advertising. Our General Council, Tony DiResta attended the hearings and wrote a great summary. We need to know what you think about healthcare and pharma companies using social media.
