A year ago Twitter was a relatively small community of techies and web 2.0 geeks, now it has gone mainstream. Hubspot, the developer of Twitter Grader, just released its “State of the Twittersphere” report. The report reveals that an estimated 5-10 thousand new Twitter accounts are opened per day. According to the study, Twitter appears to be most popular in major English-speaking cities. The top 5 Twitter Cities include London, San Francisco, New York, Chicago and Los Angeles.
