Room Reservations

For a direct link to request room reservations at the conference discounted rate of $129/night, please visit https://secure.disney.go.com/dwm/reservations/reservation?eventid=CoronadoSpringsCr. This room rate is good from Monday, January 16, through Monday, January 23. When making your reservations request online, please enter 2006 WOMMA Conference in the "Group Event You are Attending" field. After you complete this online form, Disney will contact you to confirm your reservation, which may take up to 24 hours. Alternatively, to make your room reservations over the phone and receive immediate confirmation, please call 407-939-4686 and be sure to mention the "2006 WOMMA Conference."

Airport Transportation

Disney will provide free transportation to and from the Orlando airport via Disney's Magical Express Service. Once you make your room reservations, you will be asked to provide your airline information to arrange your transportation to the hotel and back again to the airport. Please be aware that you must make these arragements before flying to Orlando.
