Payment

WOMMA preferred payment is credit card.

WOMMA only accepts online registration. If an invoice is required, please contact us directly. For registration questions, please call Megan at: 312-853-4400 ext. 215, or e-mail at Megan@WOMMA.org.

Conference fees include:

  • Entry to the conference and presentations
  • Refreshments throughout the day including breakfast and lunch
  • Entry to networking opportunities
  • Post-show access to speaker presentations (based on when made available by speaker)

Travel and hotel reservations must be made separately. WOMMA has negotiated excellent group rates at the Cosmopolitan Hotel, where the conference will be held. To find out more about reserving your hotel room, click here.

Cancellation and Refund Policies

If WOMMA cancels the event for which you have registered, the registration fee paid will be held on account for a future event or fully refunded if you prefer. WOMMA is not responsible for any expenses incurred by you as a result of your registration, whether the event was attended, postponed, or cancelled.

If you must cancel, please submit cancellations in writing explaining the reason for the cancellation. Cancellations received before October 28, 2011 will be refunded minus $150.00 processing fee. Cancellations received after October 29th will NOT be refunded. However, you may transfer your registration for the same event to someone else without penalty. All transfers must be submitted via email one week prior to the event. Transfers to future conferences will not be accepted. No refunds will be issued for any missed sessions or events, including sessions missed due to travel delays or cancellations.

One-day passes will be available upon request. The price of a one-day pass is $495. A one-day pass will permit you to take part in the sessions and events of the day specified only. Limit one (1) one-day pass per event attendee.

** WOMMA conference registrations are only valid for one attendee. WOMMA will not permit badge sharing or substitute attendees for any part of the conference. All persons attending the conference (for any length of time) must register! If you are found onsite at the event sharing a badge, you will be asked to leave or pay for a new registration.
