The Word of Mouth Marketing Association introduces the School of WOM, our Spring Conference to be held at the Swissotel in Chicago beginning May 24.
 
Formerly known as WOMM-U, the School of WOM will provide marketers with in-depth practical knowledge on the arts and sciences of Word of Mouth and Social Media marketing.
 
The curriculum for this conference will focus on the power of how great customer service leads to customer recommendations resulting in driving sales, building brands, fostering community, sparking conversations, and influencing a company’s culture.
 
WOMMA is accepting applications for “faculty members” to present business case studies and best practices showcasing proven Word of Mouth & Social Media programs that generate customer-driven conversations. Though we are looking for presentations based upon your unique ideas, here are some suggested topics to get you started:

Igniting Customer Conversations by Delivering Memorable Customer Service
•
How to Make a Mundane Brand more Talkable
•
Using Social Media in Innovative and Measurable Ways
•
Integrating Offline Word of Mouth with Online Word of Mouth
•
How Listening to Customers Positively Impacts a Company’s Culture

Remember the above are only guided suggestions we are looking for you best case studies! 

As you prepare to submit your proposal, please keep the following in mind:

Speakers are selected from a competitive field of industry experts on their merit, insight, leadership, and ability to share new research, techniques, skills, knowledge and innovative methodologies.

All proposals partnering speakers from brands and agencies will immediately receive extra special attention. (Hint. Hint.)

The opportunity to speak at a WOMMA conference is a highly sought after opportunity which means the selection process is quite competitive. We encourage you to submit your best case study!
