Emily Bader: Partner, Zocalo Group
  Emily E. Bader, Partner and head of Zócalo Group's B2C practice, builds WOM strategies for some of the world's top consumer brands. In developing creative, high-impact, online and offline word of mouth marketing and social media programs, she ensures that brands connect with audiences and incite action that leads to more than just an "impression" or "hit" but the far more critical "recommendation." Prior to joining Zócalo Group, Emily served as senior vice president and group manager at Ketchum where she led the Midwest Food and Nutrition Practice. With her specialty in this area, she successfully harnessed the on and off-line dialogue among culinary and health-and-wellness influencers to drive product awareness, trial, sustained loyalty, and brand evangelism. In addition to her marketing and communications interests, Emily and her husband owned and operated S3 Kitchen, a critically acclaimed fast-casual café in Oak Park, IL. Emily has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from Northwestern University.
Ryan Bowling: Global Director of External Communications, Mars Inc.
  Ryan Bowling serves as the Global Director of External Communications for Mars, Incorporated where he develops and implements global strategies for media relations and social/digital communications across the chocolate, petcare, Wrigley, food and symbiocience segments. Prior to Mars, Incorporated, Bowling served as the Director of Communications at Mars Chocolate North America where he managed external relations for more than a dozen brands/partnerships including M&M’S®, SNICKERS®, DOVE® Chocolate, NASCAR, NFL and more. Prior to Mars, Bowling served as Public Relations Manager at Sony’s PlayStation division, as well as roles at Ketchum and Ogilvy in high tech PR. Bowling graduated from the University of the Pacific with a BA in Communication and was a recipient of the Alumni Excellence Award. A California native, Bowling currently resides in Mendham, New Jersey with his wife Colleen and daughters Chloe and Robyn.
Elisa Camahort: President, Co Founder, Blogher
  A blogging pioneer and marketing executive with 18 years of experience in Silicon Valley, Elisa Camahort Page leads all events, marketing and public relations for BlogHer while working as COO to ensure that all company operations deliver on our vision. Elisa was at the vanguard of professional and business blogging. Among the seven blogs she writes are blogs with personal, professional and political focus areas. Elisa opened her own high-tech marketing consultancy, Worker Bees, after a successful career as a marketing executive in the cable broadband sector. Her most recent corporate position was Senior Director of Product Marketing at Terayon Communication Systems, where she managed multiple product lines, senior product management staff, and multi-million dollar budgets. In addition to her many personal blogs, Elisa is a frequent public speaker and is widely read as BlogHer’s conference leader and reality television editor.
Tony DiResta: WOMMA Legal Counsel & Partner at Manatt, Phelps & Phillips LLP
  Tony DiResta is a partner with the Advertising, Marketing & Media practice in the Washington, D.C., office. His practice focuses on governmental investigations, commercial litigation (trial and appellate), and business counseling that involves consumer protection issues (including privacy, allegations of deceptive or unfair advertising and marketing practices, and financial practices), trade regulations, and unfair competition. Tony is a leading authority on social media issues and serves as General Counsel to the Word of Mouth Marketing Association.
Melissa Edwards: Associate Media Supervisor, Erwin-Penland
  Melissa Edwards is the Associate Media Director at Erwin-Penland Advertising in Greenville SC. Melissa has worked for Erwin-Penland for 10 years and has over 20 years experience in advertising working on accounts such as Verizon Wireless, Advance America, Hanes, Firehouse Subs and Milliken & Company. She currently serves as agency liaison for the Word-of-Mouth Marketing Association (WOMMA) and sits on WOMMA’s Members Ethics Advisory Panel (MEAP).
Meghan Keaney Anderson: Marketing Manager, Performable
  Meghan Keaney Anderson is marketing professional with focus on web and social media strategy, public relations, and marketing analytics.

Meghan is Marketing Manager at Performable, a marketing analytics company focusing on multiplatform and multi-channel analytics. Prior to Performable, Meghan worked as senior director of communications at United Way of Massachusetts Bay where she oversaw the online communications strategy, generating engaging content across web and social media channels and tracking the organization’s progress against long-term goals. In 2007, Meghan created the organization’s first social media strategy. In addition to online communications, Meghan coordinates public relations and media outreach for the organization.

Meghan also teaches writing for communications professionals as an adjunct professor at Boston University’s College of Communication.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Boston College, where she graduated magna cum laude, and a Master of Science degree in Public Relations from Boston University, where she graduated with honors and two key writing awards.
